DSP band, known from independent country radio in USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Europe have a new single out in these days. The single is called That's How the Money Gets Around and is a catchy country swing tune about bribery and corruption amongst politicians and civil servants.

The song is released on Spotify, iTunes, Deezer, Amazon, TIDAL and several other online services. There will also be a music video on YouTube.''

Down South Pepper band (commonly known as DSP band) is from Norway and we have been making and playing music since the mid 80's, we have been playing different genres of music during these years. Today we mostly make and play country and Americana music. We are inspired by music from the 60's and 70's, like Eagles, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and Neil Young, this is maybe what has influenced the music we make today.

We have released more than 20 songs that are available on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify and other online music services. The singles are in rotation at a number of radio stations in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.

We had placements on country charts both in Norway and internationally based on how many times our songs have been played on the radio. Here are the placements on charts so far:
'
 # 7 at  Country Music Top 40 Single Chart (1-7 November 2017) with the song Grandpa on the Floor
 # 16 at  Country Music Top 200 Artist Chart (1-7 November 2017)
#174 at  Country Music Top 200 Artist Chart (15-21 March 2017)

We have also been Artist of the Week at Wall 2 Wall Country at Penn's Peak Radio, from 4th of July 2014 and we have done several radio interviews in Norway and other countries.
We are originally from the northern part of Norway that is as far north as Barrow, Alaska, but today we have relocated to the southern part of the country.

The members of DSP band are Rune Nyby and Per Øyvind Mathisen. Rune does most of the vocals, plays guitar, bass, and drums. Per Øyvind plays guitar, bass, harmonica, and piano when necessary. Both of us compose, arrange and mix our music.
