Hope you are doing great. I've been hosting radio shows since 2013 (Thanks to Partytime Radio crew Paris) and have since gone on to have my show, The Bassment Sessions, Syndicated to 20+ stations worldwide as well as weekly on CIUT 89.5 FM. As of last week - a new show I'm co-hosting with Bill King launched on JAZZ FM91 Toronto called Soul Nation Radio. It features a wide spectrum of groove-oriented music - from soul to funk, acid jazz to R&B, latin to jazz-related hiphop and more.
You can tune in every Tuesday night from 9pm - 12midnight on JAZZ FM 91 Toronto and surrounding areas, online www.jazz.fm and digitally Nationwide with a weekly reach of over 400,000+ listeners. This is an amazing opportunity to bring great music to the masses with my co-host and father, Bill King, who has over 50 years in the business as musician with Janis Joplin, Pointer Sisters, Martha Reeves and countless others, producer & Juno Award Winner/Nominee, artist , 30-year veteran radio host and artistic director for The Beaches Jazz Festival for over 30 years.
Currently I'm finishing up some new projects including a really wicked DubWave EP with Radio 77 that'll be out on Echo Beach Record this Spring. Remixes & dubs for UB40, Ranking Roger (RIP), writing sessions with some terrific artists in Canada and my next full length album release that'll be out this Fall on Echo Beach Records as well.
